振镜状态参数结构体

结构体说明：

run：振镜运动状态。
space：振镜缓存区剩余空间大小。
fifoEmpty：振镜跑空标志。
pad1：保留参数,必须为0。
segmentNumber：执行段号。
commandReceive：接收到的指令数。
commandSend：已发送的指令数。
pad2：保留参数,必须为0。
prfVel振镜合成规划速度。
