非对称加减速点到点运动参数结构体。

结构体说明：

pos：点到点运动目标位置，单位：pulse。
vel：点到点运动目标速度，单位：pulse/ms。
acc：点到点运动目标速度，单位：pulse/ms²。
dec：点到点运动目标速度，单位：pulse/ms²。
percent：点到点运动百分比，取值范围：[0,100]。
